Hi Hong Kong Restaurant,
Your restaurant is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the whole country.
I am constantly amazed how you can prepare and serve the large variety of Chinese foods with amazing taste and flavor in such a short time after an order is placed.
If I had my way, I would eat almost every meal at your restaurant.
Now I am on a restrictive diet and they do not allow me to eat many of my favorite choices. My very favorite is Szechwan shrimp and my second most favorite is Singapore chow mien
My diet is basically vegetarian and includes over 50 percent from starchy foods. You have some vegetarian items on your menu that I can eat but that somewhat limits my choices.
I was wondering if something special could be put together that combines chow mien noodles with non-breaded shrimp and uses the same sauce that you use on the Szechwan shrimp. Other greens or vegetables could also be added. And I am not supposed to have things cooked in oil,
Also if you could cook the Singapore chow mien without pork or eggs I could also order it.
The wife and i probably eat at your restaurant 2 to 4 times a week and we would like to continue. Can you help me by adding or modifying a couple of your dishes to accommodate my diet needs.?
